Shure SM7DB

The SM7dB is a dynamic microphone with a built-in Shure-designed preamp that provides up to +28 dB of low-noise, straight and transparent gain, ideal for use with lower power audio interfaces or simple signal chains. The microphone provides a warm and smooth sound for voices but also other studio applications. Switches for preamp bypass, bass cut and mid-boost, electromagnetic hum shielding, built-in shockmount and effective puff protection ensure clear and consistent reproduction. Built-in active gain of either +18dB or +28dB, offering levels to suit any audio interface Straightforward and wide frequency response with exceptionally clean and natural reproduction of both speech and music. Preamp function can be bypassed to use the SM7B's original performance. Switches for bass roll-off and mid-range emphasis (presence boost).
