Each channel offers an XMAX Class A solid-state preamplifier followed by a hand-picked 12AX7 tube amplifier, providing a wide range of sound, from clean clarity to warm overdrive. The user can switch between solid-state and tube amplification using the "Tube Drive" control. An 80 Hz high-pass filter, -20 dB pad, phase reversal and 48V phantom power provide additional flexibility. A backlit VU meter displays input levels, and a rugged ½U rack-mount design makes it easy to transport and integrate into various setups. With both balanced XLR and unbalanced 6.35mm tele outputs, BlueTube DP v2 is a reliable choice for both studio and live use.
