Equally heavy duty and stylish, “The Tongue” is a slide-out MIDI controller tray from Swedish design company Aux Haus. The tray was originally created as an add-on for Aux Haus studio desk AH-101, but is now available for purchase separately.
Simply choose which of the five heights of the tray that fits your needs best, mount it on your desk at home or at your studio and enjoy a ridiculously sturdy, reliable and spacious tray for your MIDI controller, mouse mat and/or other beloved gear.
Choose between yellow or black (in stock) or choose between 34 other colors for an additional fee (made to order). Fits most MIDI controllers/keyboards up to 73 keys, but please make sure to measure before buying.

– Height adjustable slide-out MIDI controller tray.
– Available in two colors (in stock) – yellow (Ral 1023) and black (Ral 9005). Both in powder coated fine structure. More colors available for an additional fee (made to order).
– Folded metal edges in front and back of tray for increased stability.
– Automatically stays in place when pushed in or pulled out, using 2x high quality telescopic rails.
– Small hole in the back for using with velcro to fasten cords.
– Cut out Aux Haus logo in front center of the tray.
– Height adjustable in 5 steps, with 12,5 mm intervals.
– Made of powder coated metal, 2 mm thick for the tray, 4 mm thick for the sides.
– Total weight: 10 kg.
– Maximum weight to be put on tray: 20 kg.
– Inner measurements for tray: 1155 mm x 300 mm. (Outer measurements for tray: 1268mm x 320 mm).
– Inner measurements for height: 70 mm – 118 mm. (Outer measurements for height: 80 mm – 130 mm).
– For mounting on desks thicker than 19 mm (we recommend pre-drilling screw holes using 3 mm drill bit.)
– Screws and washers included.
– We recommend The Tongue for desks made of harder materials, such as solid wood, wood fibre or composite material. We do not recommend using The Tongue with any desk made of porous materials, for example honeycomb structure paper filling. If unsure, we recommend going by the desk manufacturer's instructions for attachments.
